The absolute best there is!!!! Stop your search here. I met with so many planners and felt so overwhelmed by the pricing and information I received. Tara and her team made us feel instantly at ease. She is worth every penny and then some. Best money we spent on our wedding, hands down. She made our entire wedding week seamless and took all the stress out of it. We didn’t have to worry about anything and were able to relax and enjoy the entire week with our friends and family while she did the rest. She took our vision and brought it to life. Our wedding week was the week of our lives. She keeps it real and works within your budget to help you achieve the result you are looking for. When we were planning our wedding in Cabo, I did a ton of research and intended to execute the whole thing myself- hey, how hard could it be, everything is beautiful and the food is great right?! I did interview a few wedding planners to see if I wanted to go that route, but it wasn’t until I met Tara Null that I realized there is absolutely someone who can do this better than me, and trust me she is worth it!! Wow. There were so many details that I thought would be easy to do and they just weren’t that easy, she made them look easy, because she knows everyone and has her finger on the pulse of Cabo. Plus, I felt I could trust her to reflect my tastes and my style, within MY budget. She was an Angel in my path and so easy to work with. I look back at our wedding and how beautiful it was, and I’m so thankful I found her. We could never have pulled off the event, or even thought of the details she came up with. It was fabulous, our friends and family still talk about how epic our wedding was. The best part is that I wasn’t stressing through all of the planning- we just enjoyed it! My experience with Tara was spectacular. She went above and beyond to keep me grounded and sane throughout the entire wedding planning process, and event weekend. She was always responsive to my emails and texts, and she worked hard to deliver on my vision at the price I wanted to spend (very important). My wedding weekend was perfect, and I mean perfect. My wedding guest are still raving about the attention to detail and the flow of the activities. Also, her vendors were amazing! The quality of the food, deserts, and atmosphere was unmatched. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner!

Tara‘s expertise helped me to plan and create an intimate and beautiful wedding for 60 guests in a gorgeous villa on the beach. Tara planned our wedding in May 2005 and I’m so excited that she is relaunching Fiestas Los Cabos! We live in Georgia and when we got engaged, we knew we wanted a destination wedding. We narrowed it down to Auberge du Soleil in Napa and "somewhere in Cabo" (a place I had been once on a girls' weekend and loved, and my soon-to-be-husband had never been). I can vividly remember sitting in a hotel bar in NYC and showing my fiancé the first email I got from Tara regarding our potential wedding. Right there we decided, just based on the thoroughness and professionalism of Tara's response, that we were getting married in Cabo. Throughout the next several months of planning, Tara just 'got it.' She asked the right questions to figure out what we wanted and almost 16 years later we (and our guests) still say the wedding was absolutely perfect. Tara knows the best vendors in Cabo, so we had the most amazing food and service. She helped us pick the perfect villa for our wedding ceremony because she was familiar with the different properties and understood what we wanted to do. Tara can absolutely plan some magazine-spread-worthy events but she can also plan a lovely, comfortable, casual affair (we basically just wanted to get married in the middle of a cocktail party versus having a formal ceremony and then celebrate with a great dinner party afterwards). My husband and I both have the 'if I want it done right, I'll just do it myself" mentality, and while we knew that would be risky planning a destination wedding (to a place neither of us were familiar with!), we thought it would be tough to let go of the reins. It wasn't. We emailed regularly with Tara and chatted on the phone to confirm we were all on the same page. We discussed the food, the music, the vibe and Tara completely and perfectly delivered on all of it. I have been to and have personally organized corporate client events including The Masters, Wimbledon, The U.S. Open, and countless formal dinners and sporting events. I have been to events that have run smoothly and events that hit snags, and the preparedness of the planner is everything. I would trust Tara to plan anything. Tara has our utmost respect as an event planner and we are happy to say we can also call her our friend. If you are on the fence about getting married in Cabo … I urge you to contact Tara and just do it. You won’t regret it!
